Careful handling is part of the product.
These documents can carry names, health details, signatures, and financial information. How they're stored and who can see them is designed, not assumed.
Encrypted end to end
Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. There are no public links — private storage that is never listed or indexed.
Only who you invite
You, and anyone you explicitly add to a decision. Our team cannot open document contents without your specific, time-limited permission.
Not used to train models
We use Anthropic's Claude for text extraction. Anthropic does not train on API content, and we never use your documents to train any model without a separate, explicit opt-in — which we do not ask for.
No advertising from your data
GA4 runs only on these marketing pages, with ad personalisation and Google signals off and IP anonymised. The signed-in product carries no third-party analytics, and document data never reaches an advertising pixel.
Delete anytime, immediately
Remove a document, a whole decision, or your entire account from the Account screen. Deletion removes the files right away. Otherwise, data is kept up to 12 months after your last activity.
No claims we haven't earned
CareCheck is not a HIPAA covered entity and we do not claim certifications we have not obtained. We design as though every upload contains identifiable health and financial detail — because it often does.
What is sent to the AI provider
You upload the documents you choose. CareCheck extracts the text and sends the relevant portions to Anthropic to identify fees and terms. Costs, ranges, and projections are then calculated by CareCheck's own logic from the extracted values.
