Contract Check
$69 one-time

One facility — complete document analysis, fee extraction, True Monthly Cost, every important term, the questions to ask, and a downloadable report.

Family Decision
$179 one-time

Everything in the Decision Pass for up to 5 facilities, plus shared access for the whole family — the same documents, costs, and questions — for a 60-day decision window.

Bill Watch subscription

$9.99/month or $79/year. After the decision: upload each monthly statement and CareCheck checks it against your agreement and the previous month — new charges, amounts above the documents, rate increases and the notice you were owed, and a month-by-month cost timeline. Cancel anytime.

Why we charge families, not facilities

CareCheck never accepts referral fees or payments from senior living communities.

A free tool for a decision this size would have to be paid for somewhere — usually by the facilities being compared. Your payment keeps CareCheck working for one side only: yours.

Pricing questions

A few common ones.

Is there a subscription to check a contract?

No. Contract Check, Decision Pass, and Family Decision are one-time purchases. Bill Watch is the only subscription, and it's for after you've moved in.

What does the free preview show?

The documents CareCheck recognised, the advertised and known monthly price, a couple of real findings, and the count of everything else — enough to judge the value before you pay.

Can I get a refund?

Analysis begins immediately and consumes provider costs, so purchases are generally non-refundable. If an analysis failed or was clearly wrong, contact support and we'll correct it or refund it.

How is payment handled?

Through Polar, our payment processor. CareCheck receives confirmation of a purchase, not your card details.
